About this page

This page lets you manage Job Codes used across the Valor Careers system. Each code has a Code, a human-readable Title, an optional Description, and a Published state.

What you can do

Add a new job code using the “Add” button.
Edit an existing item with the “Edit” button on a row.
Delete an item from inside the Edit panel (bottom-right “Delete” button)
Publish/Unpublish controls whether a code is available in forms and lookups.

Field guide

Code

Short unique identifier (e.g., FSW-I).

Title

Human-readable name shown to users (e.g., “Family Support Worker I”).

Description

Optional detail to clarify usage or responsibilities.

Published

Controls visibility/availability of the code in the system.

Tips

Use consistent Code formats to make reporting easier.
Prefer clear, user-friendly Titles—that’s what most users see.
Only publish when a code is ready to use in live forms.
To remove an item, open Edit and click Delete.
